Pistachio nuts have been grown since the 8th century BC. They are completely unique in the nut world as they naturally contain their own blend of vitamins and minerals, as well as lutein, zeaxanthin and a host of phenolic compounds including anthocyanins, flavonoids and proanthocyanidins. All these nutrients work synergistically in the body and help encourage equilibrium.

Directions
- Adults and children aged 12 years and over: Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
