Research is showing that many people’s diets provide insufficient supplies of calcium. Data suggests that 71% of female teenagers aged between 16 to 18 years old fail to consume adequate calcium from the diet and 25% of UK 4 year-olds are following this trend too. Therefore, calcium supplementation is extremely important. - FOS is a natural material, extracted from chicory root and has the benefit of not causing tooth decay. Furthermore preliminary studies show FOS can enhance the absorption of calcium.
- Each tablet provides a full 400mg of calcium, 2.5µg of vitamin D and 1000mg of FOS.
