Pistachios have been cultivated since the 8th century BC and are unique among nuts, naturally providing a blend of vitamins, minerals, lutein, zeaxanthin, and a wide range of phenolic compounds, including anthocyanins, flavonoids and proanthocyanidins.

Directions
