Each Lamberts® Vitamin D3 1000iu gummy provides 25µg of highly absorbable vitamin D3 in a tasty apple flavour, with no added sugar or sweeteners. This format is ideal for anyone who prefers gummies over tablets or capsules.
Vitamin D3 is naturally produced in the skin through sunlight and is better absorbed than plant‑derived D2. As many people struggle to maintain adequate levels—especially in winter or with limited sun exposure—dietary intake becomes increasingly important. Older adults may also produce less vitamin D naturally.
Around 60% of the UK population is thought to have low vitamin D levels, and deficiency has been linked to long‑term health concerns. Vitamin D supports:

Directions
