Each capsule provides 1200mg of pure, GMO‑free soya lecithin. Lecithin is a type of phospholipid and one of the richest natural sources of two key nutrients: choline and inositol.
Lecithin is a primary dietary source of choline in the form of phosphatidylcholine. Once absorbed, this compound is broken down to release choline — a nutrient closely related to the B vitamins. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and supports normal lipid metabolism, making it an important nutrient for everyday wellbeing.
Because lecithin‑rich foods such as soybeans and egg yolks are not widely consumed in large amounts, it can be difficult to obtain meaningful levels through diet alone. These capsules offer a convenient way to ensure a regular, reliable intake of this valuable nutrient.
