Lamberts® Multi‑Guard® Methyl is a high‑potency multivitamin and mineral formula providing key nutrients in clinically relevant, bioavailable forms. As a convenient one‑a‑day product, it works well as a foundational multi within more complex supplement routines and is a frequent practitioner favourite.
Methylation is a vital biochemical process in which a methyl group is transferred to a molecule, supporting many physical and cognitive functions. It influences cardiovascular, neurological, reproductive and detoxification pathways. Factors such as nutrient deficiencies (including folate, vitamin B6 and B12), stress, ageing and variations in the MTHFR gene can reduce methylation efficiency.
Multi‑Guard® Methyl includes folate as methylfolate, vitamin B6 as P5P and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin — forms that contribute to normal energy metabolism and may be better absorbed. The formula also provides magnesium, vitamins D and K (menaquinone‑7), plus supportive micronutrients such as choline and inositol.
