Meno‑Pause Complex includes Lifenol®, a patented hops extract that delivers a consistent daily level of 8‑prenylnaringenin (8‑PN). Hops have a long history of traditional use in women’s health, making this extract a well‑researched option for mid‑life support.
To complement the hops extract, Lamberts has added a soya extract at a meaningful level, comparable to standalone isoflavone supplements, providing 50mg of pure isoflavones per tablet. The formula also includes sage extract, standardised to ensure a carefully controlled, low level of thujone, and supplied at a relevant dose.
Together, these botanicals create a balanced blend designed to naturally support women during the menopause, offering a combination of ingredients traditionally used for menopausal wellbeing.
