Each capsule provides a highly concentrated extract equivalent to over 14g of fresh ginger root, delivering a meaningful level of 24mg gingerols — the key active compounds in ginger. These volatile components are easily lost when ginger is cooked, dried or crystallised, which is why standard supplements often contain far lower levels, and many do not declare their gingerol content at all.
The dark, rich ginger extract is dissolved into sunflower oil and encapsulated to help preserve important constituents such as gingerols and zingerone. This method ensures a stable, high‑quality extract that retains the plant’s natural activity.
