Several clinical studies suggest that cranberries can help the body manage urinary tract infections by preventing certain bacteria from adhering to the bladder wall. By interfering with this adhesion process, specific cranberry constituents may support the body’s natural defences and reduce the likelihood of recurrent infection.
Cranberry juice, however, is naturally sharp in flavour, and many commercial varieties are heavily sweetened, making them high in sugar and calories.
Lamberts® Cranberry Complex is produced from fresh, mature cranberries that are washed and de‑pectinised to remove unwanted components. The juice is then gently dehydrated at low temperature, followed by pressure and spray‑drying, to create a low‑sugar concentrate. This careful process ensures the unique properties of cranberries can be enjoyed even by those following sugar‑restricted diets. Approximately 47 grams of fresh cranberries are used to produce just 1 gram of concentrate, meaning a single teaspoon of our powder is equivalent to up to 12 typical cranberry tablets sold on the high street.
The formula also includes meaningful levels of fructo‑oligosaccharides (FOS), a soluble fibre extracted from chicory root. FOS acts as a prebiotic, encouraging the growth of friendly bacteria that help suppress less desirable, pathogenic strains.

Directions
5 to 10 grams daily. 5 grams is equivalent to one teaspoon. Sprinkle the powder into cold water or fruit juice and mix thoroughly. The powder may be taken safely on a long term basis used intermittently as and when desired.
