Biome Balance Travel brings together four carefully selected strains of friendly bacteria: Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus delbrueckii. These strains have been chosen for their suitability during travel, when changes in environment and exposure to unfamiliar foods can introduce new bacterial challenges to the digestive system.
Each strain plays a complementary role, working synergistically to help support the body’s natural gut microbiome. This makes the formula a practical option for travellers who want additional support when their digestion may be more vulnerable to disruption.

Directions
2 capsules daily. Take with a glass of water, ideally first thing in the morning. Do not take within half an hour of consuming hot food or drinks.
